This a punching endurance drill called 60 Sec. Pyramid Punching Drill

1. Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 10 sec.

2. Punch light but still keep the punches rolling for 50 sec.

Rest for 30sec to 60 sec.

3. Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 20 sec.

4. Punch light but still keep the punches rolling for 40 sec.

Rest for 30sec to 60 sec

5. Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 30 sec.

6 Punch light but still keep the punches rolling for 30 sec.

Rest for 30sec to 60 sec

7. Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 40 sec.

8. Punch light but still keep the punches rolling for 20 sec.

Rest for 30sec to 60 sec

9 Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 50 sec.

10. Punch light but still keep the punches rolling for 10 sec.

Rest for 30sec to 60 sec

11. Punch as hard and as many times as you can for 60 sec.

Once your done if you want and you have the stamina do the whole thing in reverse starting with 60
sec. and work your way down to 10 sec. If you do this full out you arms with be cooked.
